I had my vehicle serviced a number of times when Tony was a service advisor. He was a fine example of what a service advisor's role is. I explained the symtoms of my truck and he diagnosed the problem and qu a service advisor. He was a fine example of what a service advisor's role is. I wish he was still there as I had confidence in his service and level of integrity. More

Had a great experience at Pearson Ford Service Department. My service Advisor was Eric and he was wonderful, very helpful and understanding of my concerns.
