I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership needs to be shared. My concerns began the day I purchased my 2023 Jeep Wrangler. I arrived ready to buy, but the salesperson barely engaged with me or my partner—he handed us the keys and left us to figure out the rest. We almost walked away because the customer service was so poor, but we moved forward due to rising finance rates. A week later, the salesperson repeatedly contacted me asking for a 10/10 review, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. More recently, heavy rain caused sealing issues that resulted in water flooding the interior of my Jeep. When I brought it to the dealership—still under warranty—I was told to take it to a body shop because “there was nothing they could do.” Multiple body shops confirmed it was a warranty issue and should be handled by the dealership. When I returned, the same service member reluctantly agreed to look at it and tried to discourage me by saying I’d be without a vehicle for a while. I dropped the car off on November 25 and worked with service advisor Chris S. He assured me the issue wasn’t caused by me, and that the needed part would be replaced in two days. After hearing nothing for several days, I reached out on December 1 and was told the part was still being ordered. The next day he informed me they discovered an additional issue and needed to order more parts. When I politely asked if any accommodations could be offered—such as a couple of complimentary car washes—he became defensive and said there was nothing he could do, and that I should take my concerns to his boss or Chrysler. He also told me I should be “grateful” they were fixing the vehicle. Despite this, I asked that the repair not be rushed and that he keep me updated. On December 3, he told me the problem was fixed and the vehicle was being detailed to address the water damage. He estimated two days. By December 8, still without an update, I reached out again and was finally told the car was ready. When I picked up my Jeep on December 9, it had been serviced but left on empty. I expressed my disappointment with the overall customer service, and once again was told nothing could be done. As my partner put it: when someone shows you who they are, believe them. I’m active duty military, and I worked hard to purchase a new vehicle. This experience has genuinely soured my feelings toward my Jeep. I cannot recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle at this dealership. The customer service has been consistently poor from start to finish. More
DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR AND DO NOT BUY A CHRYSLER PACIFICA HYBRID. Our 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid went in for repair after the engine shut down on the freeway and my husband and two boys had to co PACIFICA HYBRID. Our 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid went in for repair after the engine shut down on the freeway and my husband and two boys had to coast across multiple lanes of traffic to safety. It was diagnosed to have a failed transmission and went under warranty repair on January 4, 2025. At that time we were estimated about 3 weeks to repair. Next we heard an estimate of at least another month! After that, they said another 10 days. It is March 19, over 2.5 MONTHS LATER, and we still do not have our car back! Getting a loaner was impossible as Chrysler and the dealership said they don’t ‘do that’ anymore, so I paid over $1,000 out of pocket for a 30 day rental and am STILL waiting to be reimbursed over a week later (not to mention I am still making car payments, insurance payments, and registration payments on a vehicle I haven’t been able to use in 2.5 months). The repair shop, specifically Fonzie, has been terrible at communicating. We’ve had no updates, including each time they miss an estimated completion date. My husband and I have had to call over and over and leave multiple messages to get any information about our car. We still don’t know when we will get it back and we are extremely frustrated. This is not the level of customer service we expect for anyone, and especially for something that has a significant impact on our day to day lives. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I do not recommend this car or dealership to anyone!! More

One month into ownership gears started slipping, Due to service dept delays - had to rent a car for 5 days at my cost, due to delays (my cost without lost of work $525). Diagnosis, just needed transmission fluid. 5mo's later whining noise - taken to service dept, diagnosis wheel bearing replacement (they were surprised my gears weren't slipping), radiator replacement, water pump replacement, heater hose's replacement, pinion seal replacement, rear shock's replacement, tire balancing, alignment, brake flush... $6,200. -this has become enough of an issue that I will involve an attorney at this point.
