The used car "Manager" who was to approve or disapprove the deal the salesman presented to him from me treated me like I was an idiot. I was looking at a used car, I had researched the value of it and I know what an extended warranty can be sold for. I made a reasonable cash offer and he just flat refused to consider it. I Left there and went to another dealer who was willing to deal with me and bought a car that day. Since this guy is a representative of your staff, evidently you no longer need or want my business or that of any of those I know in the car clubs around town. I WILL NOT DEAL with C & M Chevrolet in the future. The salesman was fine, but he doesn't make the deals. More
