Never been spoken to so rudely We were not dealt with in a respectful or courtious manner due a customer ready to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We came in knowing which truck we wanted to purchase. Had a great salesman in Gabriel C. but unfortunately Management (Brian Burgett) wasnt going to let him handle negotiations. When he found out we wanted to offer a lower price than the sticker, he became REALLY irritated and unprofessional, even telling us he didnt care that we had a sizable down payment, they would get paid wether or not we financed or paid cash. After being verbally beat up by this guy, we appologized to our first salesman and Brian shouted "Why are you appologizing??? "You SHOULD be sorry your letting a great deal go by"!! He stormed out and we left without the truck we came in ready to purchase. Very sad. More

We were met by Jenni Kendall, she was extraordinary friendly and genuinely excited that we were going to pick the vehicle of our dreams. She explained everything in a clear and concise manner so that we both understood what our options were, discounts, and payment options. She made me less apprehensive and by the end of the it I began to feel excited about getting our new truck! She is a great person and salesman. I would recommend anyone interested in getting a Chevy to see Jenni !! More
It is what is important what happens after the sale. Purchased car, had a problem making second part of down payment so i emailed my salesman asking him to hold the 2nd down payment for two weeks and li Purchased car, had a problem making second part of down payment so i emailed my salesman asking him to hold the 2nd down payment for two weeks and like most sales people they will contact you and work for you if there is something in it for thaem. The 2nd part of the down payment was not held up per our request and our check was returned. When we test drove the new car we noticed the battery light was on and the sales guy said "Oh the battery just needs to be charged just drive it and it will charge." Huh, on a brand new car? When I came to pick up the car the next day after it was "prepped" the light was still on. I toolk it back to the dealership the next day and they said they would look at it. After keeping it for two days the service writer said "Oh they deliver them in that mode and they have to be taken out of delivery mode and this one was not." Once again Huh? Who in the heck does the prep and my friend that works at a dealership said it takes about 10 minutes to take it out of delivery mode and that the dealership must have been too busy to work on it. Never Again. More

She is by far one of the most professional sales people that I have ever worked with. A note to other sales personnel, sincererity, and a willingness to enagage your customer goes a long way! Her professional attitude are matched by her enthusiasm and energy. Her willingness to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the purchase goes a long way. when it's time to purchase again my first stop will be Jimmie Johnson chevrolet. I had an appointment for a Friday evening to meet with a salesman to look at used vehi This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had! I had an appointment for a Friday evening to meet with a salesman to look at used vehicles. My wife and I did not need a car, but were in the market to find a second vehicle that we couldn't live without. we showed up at 7pm for our appointment, as were immediately greeted . We introduced ourselves, and the gentlemen recognized our names and went and got the salesman for us. We were then greeted by Kevin Bouchard, who showed us around the lot. We did a couple test drives on some cars that we were interested in, but they just didn't feel right. Kevin then introduced us to Joe Brommer, and together they found us the perfect Chevy Sonic. When it came time to make the deal, we worked with Joe who showed us all of our options and laid out all the costs. There were no hidden charges or additions once we got to the finance department, because Joe was the finance manager and had already written the warranty into the contract. This also made the paper signing so easy, as we had already seen everything and all that was needed was our signature. All in all this was a great experience, and whenever i am in the market for another car, I will be coming back to Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. More
Excellent Customer Service at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet Jenni was one of several Sales Consultant’s that responded to an email from me requesting information on purchasing a new vehicle. She quickly repl Jenni was one of several Sales Consultant’s that responded to an email from me requesting information on purchasing a new vehicle. She quickly replied to my email and also spoke with me on the telephone. We set up an appointment for the next day at the dealership to discuss my purchase. Jenni was on time, had notified the receptionist about the appointment, and was prepared with information about the vehicle and the purchase process. She was professional, courteous and enthusiastic; all qualities that she would exhibit without fail throughout the time it took to get delivery of the car. Jenni made it a point to take me on a tour of the dealership and introduce me to various staff members, including the General Manager. The dealership was spotless, with good coffee, and great people to work with. I would certainly recommend Jenni and Jimmie Johnston Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or previously own Chevrolet (or any other type car they sell). Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, you won't regret it. More
