We were left with the big decision as to whether or not put money into the car or purchase a new one. While my husband was wondering the lot waiting for the news on our car, a sales person named Justin Hawkins came up to him. He answered all my husband's questions as well as offered to appraise our car. After all my husband's questions were answered, my husband said he has to talk with me and discuss our options. When I got home from work, I could tell my husband was worried about our future vehicle needs. I had only been home a couple of hours when the manager called my husband to ask about his visit. My husband had told me how impressed he was with Justin. He had told Brian, he had made an appointment with Justin for tomorrow after he was off work. When my husband got home for work, we went to Jimmie Johnson. We were very impressed with how Justin helped us. He not only showed us several cars but asked us what we liked and what we didn't like. He was very through in all his explanations. He also made us feel like we were at home. It truly felt like we were family. We have always gone to Jimmie Johnson for our maintenance needs when it came to our cars, this was the first time we actually bought our car at Jimmie Johnson. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Piza, and could not have had a better experience. He took his time on a busy weekend to explain our options, answer our questions, and help with our trade in vehicle. He wasn't pushy or impatient, and we had 100% of his attention. He left the site with us to get the pink-slip to my car to save us a trip, and even met me the next day to give me the CD I had accidentally left in my old car. He gave us his contact information for any questions we came across since we are a little technologically challenged. After a rough experience at some other dealerships, it was refreshing to deal with Rick White at Jimmie Johnson Chevy. He was fantastic, down to earth, fully capable of admitting when he didn't know something, but willing to go the extra mile to look up that information for us. I felt like he was genuine and that our concerns were being addressed. When negotiating over price, we decided to have the used car crew look at the proposed deal in the morning, Rick was super responsive with a callback early in the morning and then arranged for transportation for me when it came time to the logistics of picking up my new car.
