I stayed for a long time because I wanted to make a smart, informed decision about my purchase. Gabe was SUPER patient with me, presented the facts and then gave me all the time I needed without being pushy or overbearing. He instinctively knew when to talk and when to just give me time. He was the perfect sales person for me. When I finally made my decision, Joe from Finance assisted me with the paperwork. Because I was almost at the finish line, he sealed the deal! They were an easy to work with team, low pressure, and really helpful (Helped me work through the paperwork to get a Costco rebate, for example). My sales guy (Michael Mc___) even went out of his way to help me surprise my wife by putting a big bow on one of the cars when I picked it up the next day (I told her we had to go in to sign some paperwork, and surprise - the car parked by itself with the giant bow on it is yours, and Michael isn't here to have us sign stuff, he's here to help you pair your phone, show you the car's features, etc.). Michael even communicated via text message which made it super easy to get some questions answered before I made my purchase decision and arrange the surprise for my wife. Finally, I was in a super hurry to get out of there to get to an appointment, and Amanda whisked me through all the paperwork (DMV, lease, etc.) for both cars about as fast as I was able to sign things (if you've bought a car before, you know this usually takes like 30 minutes, but she had me in and out really fast). Excellent Service, hads down!!! I had absoluety horrible credit and was in need of filing bankruptcy. I had filed bankruptcy in August and my BK discharged 10/27/2015. I had contacted the special finance department a JJ to see if it would be at all possible to get into a new car. The car I had was a 1999 Nissan Sentra - mannual worked great but I commute a good distance m-f for work so the miles were adding up quick and I wanted something more reliable. I initially spoke with Gabe Catbagan about what possible options I had. During that time he told me I needed to wait just a little longer until my BK discharged fully. He told me he would be in touch when that time came! Gabe kept his word and gave me a call as soon as the BK discharged. by that time I was a bit discourgaed from being turned down at all these other dealerships, but Gabe kept Optomistic. Gabe scheduled me to come down- and isntead of discussing what type of car I want, and test driving he said " lets work the numbers first" then once we get you approved we can have some fun! and he did just that. I waitied for the finace team to work their magic and before I knew it, Gabe came walking in with several different keys and said " lets go test drive the car of your choice" and we did just that! I am now the proud own of a chevy 2016 cruz. Gabe was so knowledgable about my car from everthing on the exterior of it to the interior. I had every single question asked. he was friendly, optomistic and truly worked diligently on getting me an affordable deal! he as well as the rest of the finace team gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had!
