REALLY! Can't you get your paperwork in order and stop harassing us, you already screwed us out of a car. Jimmie Johnson Chevy totaled our car. My husband (a U.S. Service Member) and I bought 2 cars from Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet in San Diego in Feb 2013. In August of 2015 our Sonic RS was totaled by a SERVICE TECH while in for service. HE HIT A PARKED CAR and rolled our RS, totaling it. How did this happen??? Well the story we got was that the tech was going 5 mph and drove up the tire of a parked car and flipped the car on the side. Yup, that's their story. Hendricks Motor Group did not step up to make this right. I'm completely disappointed in our decision to purchase from Jimmie Johnson Chevy, we thought they stood behind their vehicles, service... and take pride in servicing U.S. Military. We were wrong. Shame on you Hendrick Automotive Group. The GM of Jimmie Johnson John Segal, had told us that we needed to continue to make payments on the vehicle so our credit wouldn't be affected and the money we already put towards the loan should be considered as if we "leased the vehicle".. and he also said you can't hotrod in this car...
