Outstanding experience I got there late in the day but despite that there was no rushing. Thomas let me test drive several trucks and knew everything there was to know. A Day at the Park! I've been around a long time, bought a lot of cars over the years. Needless to say, we all know that it most often is a very lengthy and trying expe I've been around a long time, bought a lot of cars over the years. Needless to say, we all know that it most often is a very lengthy and trying experience. Not so this time around with Thomas and the crew at Jimmie Johnson Chevy. I'm not exaggerating here, my experience was quite relaxed and pleasant, almost like working with close friends. My salesman, Thomas, certainly knows his way around Vette's. He's very intelligent, personable, sincere, and from the beginning has earned my respect. I'd like to point out that I worked with him and this dealership for several visits over an eight week period. Thomas was patient and hugely instrumental in guiding me toward the Corvette configuration that perfectly suited me. Let me sum it up this way... I was in pursuit of a life-long dream, to finally have my "last" sports car, and this was a very serious endeavor. I did my homework, researched, calculated the costs, visited other dealerships in the area, etc. In the end I know knew what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and who I wanted to work with. worst of the worst I had two warning light on my dash. Only thing I could find was "Have the computer checked on a diagnostic". I had a lot of trepidation on going to the dealership because of their up-sales on unneeded repairs and extreme high prices. First Luis told me it was the alternator, then no that didn't fix it, you need another new alternator then no we can't figure it out so we'll reprogram the anti-theft then no the entire electrical system. Oh by the way we burned up your battery so we will replace it, then oops we burned up your CD Player/Stereo so comeback on Monday... incompetent xxxxxxxx couldn't even coordinate a shuttle ride back from the office. More
