They told me bothing was wrong with my car, and on the way home from that appointment I smelled the burning smell from the engine, and the steering wheel was vibrating! Supposedly two mechanics took it for a drive that according to my speedometer was around a hundred miles! And two of them were too dumb to notice those major issues! I'm so mad! I can't imagine a mechanic being more incompetent than these Ford dealership mechanics! More

I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended! More
I got an estimate and service at the Collision Center. Derek Helmlinger was exceptional in saving me a lot of money, and going way beyond tasks he needed to do. He made it easy for me to have my Ford back Derek Helmlinger was exceptional in saving me a lot of money, and going way beyond tasks he needed to do. He made it easy for me to have my Ford back like new. He helped order a used tail light that was as great as a new one. My rear sensor did not give a warning. This was a service department task, but he said "Sometimes they are just dirty", and he washed them off, and they worked again. When I told him how impressed I was with his service, he reminded me that Bob Jones, the estimator and Tyler Aeschlimann who installed the tail light should also get credit for a good job. All the people we have worked with are great. More
I am looking at new Mach E’s at Kayser Ford in Madison, WI.I had a pleasant enough experience with the sales person, Terry; however, upon return from my test drive I got the bait and switch. The MSRP on th WI.I had a pleasant enough experience with the sales person, Terry; however, upon return from my test drive I got the bait and switch. The MSRP on the vehicle sticker said $66,795. The dealership noted there were $7000 in rebates. When we begin looking at numbers, the USED CAR sales manager, Josh, Kohl, produced a new Maroni Sticker with an MSRP at $71,795. This was for the exact same vehicle! The vehicle has been sitting on the a lot for over 160 days. The federal rebate of $3750 will expire on January 1. How will they unload these cars then? It will probably stay there longer if they continue to play games like this. There are 2500 Mach E’s in a 200 mile radius of Kayser Ford. Guess where I’m not going to buy my vehicle? Best of all: the 2024s are just about to arrive. Good luck with the expensive floor plan interest rates. #Paperweights More
Parts department staff have been very rude multiple times now even making comments that they raised the price on parts I've needed for my fleet trucks just because I needed it. now even making comments that they raised the price on parts I've needed for my fleet trucks just because I needed it. After the sale there is only modest follow through. The promise of continued care and temporary replacement vehicles while your car is being serviced is very hit and miss. Haven’t had a rear passenger seatbelt in over 7 months due to an “incident” that occurred on their watch. Apparently it’s on back order with no foreseen ETA. Legitimate nationwide supplier issues? Yeah due to an “incident” that occurred on their watch. Apparently it’s on back order with no foreseen ETA. Legitimate nationwide supplier issues? Yeah, probably a factor. Zero sense of urgency and lack of communication? 100% a factor. More
They were advertising a 2022 Bronco for MSRP at $33,540. When talking to their sales team they would not honor their advertised price, and added a market adjustment of $5000, regardless of what their ad st When talking to their sales team they would not honor their advertised price, and added a market adjustment of $5000, regardless of what their ad stated. Over the course of 1 week and several conversations, they would not honor their own advertised price. I contacted the DOT and a field investigator with the department of transportation found them to be in violation of state statue and took appropriate sanction to the dealership for an advertising violation. Conveniently, the Bronco was sold that same evening that the investigator contacted them. When I called and asked about it after they informed the investigator it was sold, their sales manager Nick Douglas stated that the Bronco was still available! They tell the DOT investigator that it’s sold, but then tell me that it’s not! Seems like one lie after another with Kayser. This dealer baits you in with dishonesty and doesn’t honor their own advertising. This isn’t just an opinion or misunderstanding, they were found in violation by the DOT of an advertising violation in this case. More
