Hi, Nathan, and thanks for the review. I was a little disconcerted with the handshake thing, so I tracked the manager down and had a confab with him. He admitted that he was swamped and had temporarily abandoned decorum. He is also fighting some sort of germy thing so was a bit more flustered than usual. In his defense, he was not raised in Texas. So, I gave him a bottle of hand sanitizer, a copy of Emily Post and a gentle reminder that Texans shake hands always, whether they be full of germs, Bluebonnets or cow manure. He assured me it would never happen again, asked that I apologize to you on his behalf and that the next time you come in for an oil change to come visit and he'll make it up to you! We value the feedback and agree that a handshake cannot be undervalued, in business or otherwise. Please accept our sincerest apologies, all kidding aside, and believe that your feedback counts and will be learned from.
