Mine was not for a life time I actually have a higher car note because I paid extra for free oil changes up to 60000 miles or 6 years which ever came first. Someone at the desk stayed it was a courtesy thing which was not I actually paid for it in advance and am paying for it all over again. I’m surprised you guys still honor warranty’s paid for I don’t see the difference in that to be honest.

Charley - c’mon…it’s the same company line you are giving it to everyone… I already called you and spoke to you on the phone, and all you said was “I’m sorry but unfortunately there is nothing I can do… “… in other words, all the customers who were promised that free oil change for 5 years from Honda Cars of Katy is now at a loss, and the customers are now on the hook to pay out of pocket $80+ for each oil change. TERRIBLE!!! These guys are FRAUDS!!! Will NEVER EVER be doing any business with the Honda Cars of Katy. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
