I bought a brand new Honda Minivan in 2014 from this place. No issues, was a smooth transaction, everything good.... until today. I got the lifetime oil changes for "free" (included in the cost of my place. No issues, was a smooth transaction, everything good.... until today. I got the lifetime oil changes for "free" (included in the cost of my car). This is the only place we have used for the life of the vehicle. Today we go to make an oil change appointment because we are going on a trip in a few weeks. We are told that the company who paid for that deal is no longer paying (since June 2021) so they will give us a reduced rate for the oil change, but its not free..... How about no. How about I never buy a car from this dealership again and not recommend anyone else do so. Don't offer "lifetime" deals if you can't honor them. And new management shouldn't buy out an existing company if they can't honor the previous deals made without repercussions from existing customers. I love Honda, but when it comes time to get a new one, I'll find the highest rated dealership in Houston and go there. More
Agreed to a price of $4,000 over MSRP, and then they wanted to add another $800. Totally dishonest dealership that treats customers like idiots. I was very disappointed to learn today that Honda Cars of Katy is no longer offering the free lifetime oil change because of new management. What a poor business decision! I certainly won’t be purchasing a Katy is no longer offering the free lifetime oil change because of new management. What a poor business decision! I certainly won’t be purchasing any other Hondas from this dealership and I’ve been an owner of 8 Hondas. Does anyone know if a class action lawsuit has already been filed? More
