I bought a Pilot and Civic from this location. I did the research and was ready to look at a Ridgeline for my wife this year. My 2 Honda vehicles, had the Oil Changes for Life cards. These were not free, bu research and was ready to look at a Ridgeline for my wife this year. My 2 Honda vehicles, had the Oil Changes for Life cards. These were not free, but part of the dealer loaded options. The only reason I took my vehicles there was for warranty work and oil changes. Biggest pet peeve was finding no caps on tire valve stems. Anyways, today I learned that the dealership is not supporting this paid service. I still have the card from Honda Cars of Katy. Card rules state on Line 1 - Non-Cancelable. What the xxxx is going on? I don’t care if the company changes hands, the entity is still responsible. Did you cancel warranties as well? A see a lot of others expressing this concern about oil changes. I will not purchase another Honda - period! I will do my homework as a matter of principle and in the meantime, my local garage will look after my oil changes. Definitely not 80$ Customers should have been informed More
