UPDATE: We went into the dealership this morning and spoke with Dominick (finance director), Moussa (Sales Manager) and Teno (GM). They were very cordial and listened to our concerns and addressed each of them. They made us whole again and restored my faith in humanity (I even told them so). It was regrettable that we had initial experience we did, but they corrected the issues and were actually very pleasant to speak with especially, having to work with what we had as an initial experience. Teno said it best today "Communication is key" and after speaking with him and the leadership team listed above, faith restored. Thanks! Kevin We purchased a Used vehicle about 10 days ago. We negotiated a $2000 discount from the sticker price with the salesperson. When we got to financing they never showed us the actual numbers for financing or final purchase price, they just would tell us the payment amount length of the term. The apple device they had us signing also didn't show the numbers at length. Once we got home and I had time to run the numbers in my head and then in my calculator I realized something was off, I opened the document on the USB stick they gave us to find that the purchase price was the original sticker price and they tacked on $5300 for a car warranty we said we didn't want. Very shady and not a good place to do business. STAY AWAY! More

Terrible service. No, worst than terrible. Found a car online. Called to get availability and details. They then added about $2k to the price for misc dealer fees. The No, worst than terrible. They then came back and said they couldn’t do a deposit on that car due to high demand ins I need to make payment in full that day. I told them to keep the car. They texted me to say they could now do the deposit. I have the deposit and requested final numbers to close the deal. It’s now 7 hours later and they have called once to ask me to complete a credit app. I told them I don’t need a loan but I need the numbers so when I drive for 4 hours to get there I know what to expect. I still haven’t received the numbers. Not sure if they are even a real dealership. Nobody answers the phones. All you get is text messages and dead ends. More
