After a couple of average to below average experiences with Honda Cars of Katy, decided to give them another chance since dealer was under new management. This experience with new management was a far bet with Honda Cars of Katy, decided to give them another chance since dealer was under new management. This experience with new management was a far better experience. Service writer, Karl was exceptional to work with. Service completion was delayed a half day from original agreement due to waiting on parts. It would have been a perfect score but f not for that. An additional discount to applied to offset the issue. Fantastic job by the service writer, Karl and Honda Cars of Katy. More

UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW TODAY: 2/10/22 Drove over to the dealership on my lunch hour to speak with Patrick in person. Got the run around...again. As I'm leaving, an employee tells me under his breath that "you know he was just avoiding you right?" I asked who, he said Patrick. What does it say that your own employee says something like this? Still no resolution to getting my car fixed. More

The service they did on my car was excellent. They were super fast. The only problem was their communication. I had to call twice for an update on my car. They ended up keeping it for for about 4 days and super fast. The only problem was their communication. I had to call twice for an update on my car.
