Helpful, caring, and friendly Michael Todi was very helpful to me in my first time car buying experience. We had briefly communicated through their online messaging system, where h Michael Todi was very helpful to me in my first time car buying experience. We had briefly communicated through their online messaging system, where he was able to answer a lot of my questions before I made the 45 minute drive from my home to the dealership in Sandusky. When I arrived he had the car ready, and able to test drive. I was offered coffee or another beverage to drink when I walked through the door. I chose the coffee, and it was delicious. The vehicle was well maintained for being 7 years old. The only issues were the tires needed replaced, the key fob didn't work, and the brakes make a little squealing noise ( which they will probably need replaced soon ). The car was priced a bit higher than I had seen earlier online, which was because the vehicle was from Kasper Toyota ( but they were able to sell it there at Chrysler Dodge Jeep ). I was able to get a little better of a deal as I spoke with Mike, and Ted. Ted was very friendly, and able to work out a financing plan that fit my budget. Mike was able to get me a second fob, and replace the battery in the first fob the very next day, and helped me set up my first servicing appointment. The vehicle came with a life of the car warranty and service plan. I am very happy with my purchase, and will be recommending this dealership and the staff in the future to my family and friends. More
