This dealership lacks the "bells and whistles" of Kaspers Toyota dealership where customers have a more relaxed environment to wait and are able to help themselves to a beverage or a snack while the process is happening. This certainly makes the time seem to pass faster. Might be nice for Mr. Kasper to update ALL his dealerships in this way and not only the one he works out of. More

He did a really good job getting me the car I wanted. He has also done follow up calls to make sure all was well so far. I have one small issue with the convertible top, which he is handling personally. This is the second car I have bought from Kasper and I think this dealership is run very well. Hopefully all sales staff are as personable and helpful as Shane was and still is. I would not hesitate to recommend Shane AND Kasper to friends looking for a new/used vehicle. More
