Excellent service! I never write online reviews, but in this case I feel I must. I couldn't be happier with my service and vehicle from Sandusky Chrysler Dodge Jeep. After looking online for months for the perfect vehicle, I found it at this dealer. I love several states away, but Todd F. and Todd L. were helpful every step of the way. They helped me out a down payment on the vehicle and got the paperwork rolling before I even got there. This was totally different thab any other car I've bought from dealerships. Neither were pushy or ever treated me like a sucker. Todd L. was very good at explaining what I was signing and offered the different warranty packages as options with zero pressure. Between delays in getting to Ohio by train and hitting a snowstorm on my drive back home, the trip was 4 days and totally worth it. I could go on all day about this dealshop and both people I dealt with, but I think I made it clear. 5 stars! More

Multiple prices for each car! This dealership likes to play games with pricing on it's vehicles. When I stopped in to see if they had any convertibles, which they did, I asked how This dealership likes to play games with pricing on it's vehicles. When I stopped in to see if they had any convertibles, which they did, I asked how much the car was. Luke asked me which website I saw the car on. I stated I had not and he then proceeded to print a price off of the Kasper website for $2,000 more than they advertised the car for on Autotrader and various other selling websites. When I told him I thought the car was expensive, I was double teamed by salesman Shane, who claimed he was a manager, but he truly was not. I returned 3 days later and called Shane out on the multiple prices and he stated Kasper did that on all their vehicles. Shane then asked me to give him an offer that he could take to his manager, but refused to take the offer unless I gave him my credit card or money. I thought this game was demeaning, especially since I was going to pay cash. I have never experienced such a ridiculous charade! They also claimed the car had already gone thru their service department and nothing was wrong with the car. However, when taken for a test drive the speedometer was not working. They later claimed it was loose wire, but I wondered what else was wrong with the car that they had missed during the inspection. They refused to Certify the 2013 Chrysler 200 car I was considering that had 25,000 miles on it. That was a big red flag to me. Instead they push a lifetime warranty on the power train. This is very self serving for the dealership and Chrysler, as you must take it to a Chrysler dealership for all service and pay their inflated prices...even for oil changes. If you miss any of the deadlines for service, the warranty is void. I not only decided to pass on this car, but also the dealership. I do not think they are ethical and honest. If you choose to look at their vehicles be sure to do your homework and run a report beforehand so you know the "true value" of the vehicle you are interested in, as I found their vehicles grossly overpriced and not at market price. BUYER BEWARE of the BS! More

Kasper had a nice selection of these vehicles and made us a nice deal on the one we wanted. We dealt with Todd in sales and Todd in finance, who were always available to answer or questions.
