Very unprofessional, one of the worst experiences of my life. Sold me a death trap for 12,000. They made me feel like the vehicle was safe. Family vehicle. Broke down in first month of purchase. Then a mon life. Sold me a death trap for 12,000. They made me feel like the vehicle was safe. Family vehicle. Broke down in first month of purchase. Then a month after that rear end completely goes out. The replaced it with old rusted and corroded on which now they are trying to charge me bc its leaking and its about to go again. The broke off my break pad said it would stop the rubbing sound coming from my front right tire. The list goes on. I hate going there every six months to keep warranty going on it, they create more problems then anything else. It is now called ken gainley, same people. You've beem warned. More
Not happy and they didn't fulfill their promise. I purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership on March 13, 2020. For starters, I was made to wait at the dealership for close to 3-4 hours... because they said they were 'busy'. Nevermind the fact that up until the last 40 minutes I was there I did not see any customers except for 1 when I arrived. What they were busy with is beyond me. During the closing with the finance person, Todd, I was pretty upfront and stern (but polite) about not wanting any extras. I told him to save his breath. He then said he had to go over them anyway... I am not sure if that is true or not... but definitely a waste of MY time. He tried to shame me into buying tire coverage stating that the wheels already displayed some curb rash from the previous owner (I believe it was leased prior to sales). I was about ready to just get up and leave when it was apparent he was finished with his spiel. During my test drive, I noticed a loud 'humming' noise and slight vibration. I am not a mechanic but my friend who was with me said it definitely sounded like a wheel bearing. I told them before purchase I wanted it fixed. My friend thought it sounded like it was coming from the rear, but again, neither myself or my friend are certified mechanics. They agreed and made a "we owe" (as they call it... but it is basically a promissory note). I did end up driving it, one trip just to the store about 8 minutes away, and the other trip I drove out to visit my dad who lives about 20 minutes away. During my second trip I noticed that SAME HUMMING that I was 'told' was fixed.... well, it apparently was not. It had seemingly gotten worse. How do they even miss that while test driving it?? Fast forward to May 13, 2020. We finally were able to get everyone's schedule on the same page, met a driver who delivered my Jetta and I returned to him the loaner, signed the check over, and stupid me, I didn't test drive it before I signed the check. The problem is DEFINITELY NOT FIXED, it is the same as the first 2 times. How anyone can miss that vibration and humming is beyond me. My guess is that they don't care and just wanted to get rid of the car. There is NO WAY a competent mechanic would miss that... especially if me, being non mechanical, noticed it. Now, fast forward to May 17, 2020. I took it to my preferred local repair shop. They diagnosed it almost immediately and it is a front left wheel bearing that is bad. I asked him (the service manager) if he could ask the tech how difficult it was to diagnose... the tech came up to the front and described what he did. After the road test he was able to ascertain it was coming from the front of the vehicle. He did so by window and seat manipulation. Once he got it on the lift, manually rotated the tires and gave them a 'shake test' as he called it. Once he determined which side he took the tire off and examined it and that's how he came to diagnose the front left bearing. He said not including the test drive it took him less than 25 minutes. Very disappointed and frustrated!!!! If a dealership is selling USED ANYTHING they should be made to disclose WHAT is wrong with the car. That should be up to the consumer to decide if they want to buy a car that needs X, Y, or Z work. At the VERY LEAST, a dealership, in this case, Kasper Buick, should NOT be selling cars and 'claiming' there is nothing wrong with them. Furthermore, they still have not lived up to their "we owe' order that they signed. I am extremely displeased at their dishonesty and lack of motivation. Shame on them and I would definitely NOT recommend anyone buy anything from them. ***UPDATE*** The vehicle had TWO bad wheel bearings, one in the front, one in the back. I had a competent Volkswagen Dealership fix the issues. More
My 20 year old daughter saved her money and purchased a brand new 2019 Compass. Two weeks later it lost power on the freeway on her way back to CSU. It’s happened 6 times in 12 months. NO COOPERATION from brand new 2019 Compass. Two weeks later it lost power on the freeway on her way back to CSU. It’s happened 6 times in 12 months. NO COOPERATION from the dealership because they can’t detect a code. 29,000.00$ LEMON Everytime she takes it or gets it towed in she gets treated rudely by Service and the Service Manager. She transferred to Texas but due to her vehicle being unsafe she couldn’t take it with her. More
Where do I even begin to explain the most unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed. We were buying a jeep Friday. Was quoted a price 4 times. Had the vehicle washed and put in the showroom f unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed. We were buying a jeep Friday. Was quoted a price 4 times. Had the vehicle washed and put in the showroom for us to come down and purchase only to be asked to pay $900 more when we got there! Are they crazy? Who pays more after getting a quote? Oh it gets better because the salesman then talks to his manager who comes out and wants us to pay another $2100 on top of the $900!! So they wanted us to pay a total of $3,000 more than what was quoted to us 4 times. What kind of crap show are they running?? I couldn't believe what was happening. It just doesn't make sense. They are very unprofessional and have definitely lost our business. Not that they wanted it anyway!! More

Not bad, not good. Typical used car deal. Kasper Chrysler salesman, Charles Greenberg, asked me to write a review, so.... Last week my wife and I purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape from Kasper Kasper Chrysler salesman, Charles Greenberg, asked me to write a review, so.... Last week my wife and I purchased a used 2014 Ford Escape from Kasper Chrysler. The vechicle itself is nice and will work well for us. The purchase itself was just average, the typical used car experience. As advertised, the car had 28,538 miles. After a long drive to the dealer, we found the car now had 30,253. Almost 2000 miles more! Of couse there was also a dealer prep fee, yet the car was filthy dirty. I even requested that it be cleaned. Pointed out the debris in the engine compartment and dirty windshield inside. None of this was cleaned and the console was full of food crumbs. Nasty. The final problem was after all was said and done the salesman hands me the SINGLE key. I asked if there was another. "You get what you get". I am currently getting a second key from Ford, $300!!!! So, all in all, not a bad experience, but far from good. Typical used car deal. More
