We asked if we could test drive three cars all the same make and was asked which car first. Jose sales staff came out with the keys an moved the car out for us. We test drive all three without any staff riding with us, that made us feel great. We decided on the car we wanted an we negotiated which did not take long at all. We drove the car home and found out that the air condition dial was not working on 1 @ 2 and was not cold,it needed freon. my husband brought the car in the next day to have the service done. met with Eric an he said that it will get check.
