After inspecting the car on the outside, I asked the salesperson to get the keys. I ran it for a bit, then said, "I'd like to take it out." His immediate response was, "We have to run a credit check." No request to see a driver's license, no questions, he went straight to the old "credit check" chestnut. When I told him I was going to pay cash, his response was, "Are you ready to move on this car right now?" When I said I was still in the looking phase, he said, "I'm not going to put any miles on the car unless I have a firm committment." Don't waste your time here, damaged cars, high-pressure tactics. And, the car was damaged, had dents, missing trim, and when I asked if he knew the history, he replied, "It's not a salvage". What a waste of time there. Stay away! More

I have my car for 3 weeks already and everything is fine except for the flat tire that I got 2 days ago. I notice that I did not have the jack in the compartment. I'm a first time buyer and was referred by a friend that have purchased 2 cars from karplus and I'm glad I did it. They make the buying process easy and less pressure on my part. I waited a little bit because they need an approval from the bank first while I wait because I'm buying a vehicle which is more that what I can get as first time buyer. I had a decent down payment and good job but my credit has few dings which is not serious. If you want to buy a vehicle check this dealer first. Reviews shows some bad, but if you see its mostly out of the dealers control or buyers remorse. See for yourself and be smart. More
