When i picked up my new Buick Rick Davila stayed late into the evening to wait for me to arrive.He was friendly courteous, and kind and did not rush me,he made sure that I understood all the necessary features,he then suggested that i come in again to review and answer any additional questions in operating the car,which I did and once again he provided me with all the time I needed to understand how to operate the vehicle. I began searching for a reasonably priced used car in early January to replace my 16 year old GMC. I have a company vehicle available so my personal vehicle needs are minimal. For the money I wanted to spend, the first 5 dealerships I visited resulted in what I can only describe as lukewarm interest in my business. My sixth, and last stop was at the Karp Auto dealership in Rockville Centre, NY. The fact that this visit was my last stop can be summed up in 2 words, Audley Bullock. From the second I walked through the dealership door, I was treated as if I were purchasing a Rolls Royce instead of the older GMC Envoy Karp had listed on their website. Audley's level of interest in my needs and attention to every detail of the sales process represented the very essence of Excellence in Customer Service. The inevitable issues that might be discovered in a pre-sale inspection of any pre-owned vehicle, were addressed to a level well beyond my expectations. Karp's pre-delivery vehicle prep was outstanding and the vehicle was delivered to me in as close to "as new" condition as possible. Several minor vehicle issues that arose in the weeks following my purchase were handled by Karp's Service Department in the most timely, efficient manner possible and again easily exceeded my expectations. I would have rated Karp a 10 had the score been available. I can only describe the service I experienced at Karp as world class. My overall experience with Audley Bullock and Karp's Service Department indicates a corporate culture of customer service that, in my experience, is unmatched here on Long Island.
