I recently purchased a new Verano and Rick was my sales person and he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgable and very curtious. We are huge fans of Karp Auto and especially Craig Graber from whom we have just purchased out third and fourth vehicles. We recently lost three vehicles due to Hurricane Sandy. My 2012 Kia Soul was my dream car. Even though they are difficult to obtain, Craig and Audley were able to get me a 2013 identical car all the way down to the moonroof which they had installed when one wasn't available from the manufacturer. Way to think out of the box Craig!!!! During a very stressful time in our lives it was nice to deal with such calm, knowledgeable people who definitely "had our backs". We are now in the process of working together to obtain a third replacement vehicle for my college aged son. Thanks so much Craig Graber and Audley Bullock for your kindness and professionalism. Service was performed quickly. ALL staff were very nice, particularly Michael Piscopo. He was very pleasant.
