After spending months searching for an entry level luxury vehicle, my parents and I finally stumbled across Karp Buick. From the moment we walked in the door Adda greeted us with a friendly smile and enthus vehicle, my parents and I finally stumbled across Karp Buick. From the moment we walked in the door Adda greeted us with a friendly smile and enthusiasm. She roped us in right away! Making jokes, telling us about the car, and taking an interest in my specific requests, Adda was the ideal salesperson. I had a very specific idea of how I wanted my car to look and Adda did everything she could to find me the perfect car! Adda made me feel like I was important to her and that my happiness was the most important thing. She took so much time to explain each and every single detail of the car to me, so much that I felt very comfortable when I left the parking lot. During the test drive I did not need to ask a single question because Adda was thorough during her explanations. Throughout the entire process Adda continued to make kind remarks and silly jokes here and there, really displaying her people skills. I do not think that I would have purchased this car if it were not for Adda, or her manager Rosemary. Just as we were about to purchase a different car, I immediately realized that I wanted to invest my money in a company that I believe truly cared about me as a person, and Karp Buick was exactly that. I could not be happier with my decision. I love my new 2013 Verano! Rick also was so helpful in teaching me all of the ins and outs of the technology. 2012 I had the priviledge of dealing with Rick Davila and purchased a 2012 Enclave. Due to Mr. Davila's honesty and integrity, I decided to go back this year to see if Karp Buick had any car that I would be purchased a 2012 Enclave.
