I was skeptical that I'd be able to find something I liked for a decent price, let alone so close to home, and Kevin Hernandez with Karmart worked with me remotely make it all happen seamlessly after explaining that I needed a vehicle to travel for essential work at a Hydro-Generation facility. An appointment was made so that the sale could be made in a safe & sanitized manner and I was driving away within only 40mins of my arrival, extremely happy with not only the vehicle but the entire purchasing process. I had sent out numerous inquiries beforehand. David Irvine was one of the first representatives to contact me back. We began right away working the numbers, which were becoming pretty competitive even before my leaving the house. Saturday I made my rounds and still found other possible deals down in Seattle so worked my way down there and back up stopping at two or three other dealerships along the way. It was already becoming a pretty long day. Although I found a slightly better deal on an attractive vehicle with a few more options down in Seattle, I gave David Irvine my business not only because of his competitive pricing, but mainly due to his amazing customer service. His personality and constant contact with me throughout my travels made his dealership my last stop. David was the first to basically give me the time of day and stayed in touch through the entire process, when some of the other dealerships I visited both in person and electronically either hesitated to spend time with me on the lot after traveling 2 or 3 hours to get there, or answered my emails either a day later and in some cases with prepared "packaged" responses. I left the dealership in my new Jeep Cherokee completely satisfied. David Irvine has looked in on me from time to time checking in to see how things are going. Maybe I can negotiate a lower price but a one step buying experience was worth the visit. I didn't have to go through multiple mangers in the process. It was easy just dealing with one person. He took the extra time to go visit the accessory shop and even go pick up my family and bring them to lunch. It was one of the fastest buying process. I spent the longest waiting for the Jeep to get wash. More

Sales Department Purchased a $60k truck. Was stopped by a county sheriff for not having mud flaps per RCW 46.37.500. It states, "Vehicles must have bumpers or mud flap Purchased a $60k truck. It states, "Vehicles must have bumpers or mud flaps that extend to the middle of the rear axle, which would prevent rocks from being thrown rear-ward." The truck I was sold did not meet this requirement, thus I was issued a warning that was entered into the "system" and will be flagged as such if I am stopped again for violating the RCW. Spoke to the dealer. Was told that they would take me to a place that would install them, at my cost! Bottom line, I was sold a vehicle that is not legal to drive on state roads. More
