We liked everything about this dealership, but it needs a coffee pot for customers. The chip on the top of the back bumper was not repaired at the time of delivery; nor was the rubber molding on the front pa coffee pot for customers. Both Andrea and the dealership - Karma Westfield- in general was a novel experienc her friendly and supportive approach to get the process completed. Both Andrea and the dealership - Karma Westfield- in general was a novel experience with a very warm, open and pleasantly casual environment (definitely not the usual on-your-face car dealership!).
