The sales person Moe was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He also got me connected to the finance department and Mike got me a rate lower than USAA. I was really impressed with the easy transaction and the friendly staff of the everyone I encountered. Janel was very helpful with coordinating everything online prior to my appointment. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for used car. More

Stay away!!!!!! If I could post negative stars I would. I have always looked at this dealership due to a nice inventory and good prices. On a Wednesday evening my wife and I went to look at a vehicle and test drove it, then sat down with the salesman and had a written offer printed out. I told them that I would be back the next day with a check from the bank to purchase the car. We shook hands as an agreement for the transaction. Thursday morning I called and told them I had the check in hand and would be down to purchase the vehicle around 5:30. As soon as I was off work on Thursday, with full cash value in hand, I went to the dealership to purchase the car. I walked in asked for a sales employee and told them I was there to purchase the particular car, they replied that someone was there now to look at it and they wanted to see what the other person was going to do. They failed to honor my written agreement and and took a deposit from the other person while I sat in the lobby. At no time during my time there did they notify me of a deposit to hold a car. To me a written agreement and a hand shake is as good as anything when it comes to making a deal. My advice is to stay away from this shady dealership. Save your time and go to RDU Auto Sales (purchased a nice vehicle for my wife here in June) or any other dealership than this one. More

SELLING ILLEGAL INSPECTION CARS AND NOT REPAIRING ISSUES INLINE SOLD ME 04 BENTLEY GT /BROKEN WINDSHIELD,BRAKE ISSUES AND NO NAG CDS. PROMISED TO FIX WHEN PARTS COME. HAD CAR 4 34 DAYS. NOW THEY WON'T FIX. INLINE SOLD ME 04 BENTLEY GT /BROKEN WINDSHIELD,BRAKE ISSUES AND NO NAG CDS. PROMISED TO FIX WHEN PARTS COME. HAD CAR 4 34 DAYS. NOW THEY WON'T FIX. I BROUGHT VEHICLE(BENTLEY 2004 GT) FROM INLINE AUTO DEC 17, 2016. I SEEN THE CAR ON INLINE AUTO WEBSITE AROUND 5 P.M. i GOT CASHIERS CHECK THE NEXT DAY AND CAME TO DEALER THE DEC 17TH TO PICK UP CAR. AFTER GETTING THERE AND EXAMINE THE CAR, I NOTICE THE CRACK IN THE BACK WINDSHIELD, NAVIGATION NOT WORKING AND THE BREAK MESSAGE COMES ON THE DASHBOARD. THE OWNER (SAM) SAID THEY WILL FIX THE ISSUES. MEANING, THEY WILL ORDER ANOTHER WINDSHIELD,CDS FOR NAVIGATION AND BREAK CALIPER. SAM SAID WHEN THE PARTS COME IN, BRING THE CAR BACK AND THEY WILL FIX. I CALLED NEAR END OF DEC 2016 AND THEY SAID NO PARTS AS OF YET. I CALLED THE FIRST WEEK OF JAN.. SAME THING. SO I CALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF JAN. I SAID TO THEM, IF I DON'T CALL NOBODY WOULD CALL ME. I FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS ARE B S ING ME. MID FEB I GOT THE TEXT FROM MY SALES PERSON EDGAR, STATING THE BREAK CALIPER. I CALLED AND HE SAID WE WILL WAIT FOR THE WINDSHIELD TO COME IN SO THEY CAN DO ALL THE WORK AT ONCE. i CALLED AND CALLED AND IN MID APRIL 2017, EDGAR TEXTED AND SAID THE WINDSHIELD IS IN. I WAS LEAVING FOR SPRING VACATION, WHEN I COME BACK I WILL BRING CAR. SO MAY 3RD 2017 AROUND 12:00 PM I BROUGHT CAR TO GET FIXED. SAM SHOWED ME THE PARTS AND THE GUYS GOT TO WORK. AFTER WORKING ON THE CAR ALL DAY, AROUND 6:30 THEY WERE FINISHED. I LOOKED AT CAR AND SAID... THIS CAR IS TO LOW TO THE GROUND! THE MECHANIC SAID ONCE I START IT AND DRIVE IT WILL RISE UP. I START CAR AND ALL THESE BELLS STARTED GOING OFF AND MESSAGES CAME ON DASHBOARD. THE MESSAGES SAID... DON'T DRIVE CAR TOO LOW BREAKS FAILURE. I TOLD THEM THIS CAR DID NOT COME IN HERE WITH ALL THESE ISSUES AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT. SAM AND SOME OTHER STAFF MEMBERS CAME OVER AND WORKED ON THE WINDSHIELD FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. SAM WAS TRYING TO CALL THE GUY WHO INSTALLED THE WINDSHIELD BUT NO ANSWER. SO SAM GIVES ME THE NUMBER AND SAID. I CAN DRIVE THE CAR AND WHEN I GET HOME JUST CALL (MARCO) AND HE WILL COME TO ME AND FIX THE WINDSHIELD. WELL AFTER EVERYBODY IS GETTING READY TO LEAVE FOR THE DAY. I DRIVE OFF AND THE CAR IS NOT RISING UP. I CAN HEAR IT RUBBING ON TIRE. I PULL OVER AND CALL THEM AND TELL THEM I AM BRINGING THE CAR BACK. I GET BACK AND ONLY 2 SALES PERSONS ARE THERE. THEY CALL SAM AND HE SAID LEAVE CAR AND GIVE ME A RIDE TO THE AIRPORT. I GOT A HOTEL TO STAY TO TALK WITH THEM IN THAT MORNING. SAM TELLS ME IT IS NOT HIS FAULT THE CAR IS MESSED UP. I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T DRIVE IN YOUR LOT WITH THESE ISSUES AND I AM DRIVING OFF WITH THEM. SO HE AGREED TO FIX IT AND HE SAID GIVE HIM 2 WEEKS BECAUSE IT TAKES 7 DAYS TO GET PARTS. WHEN I GET THE CAR, HE DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM ME AGAIN. SO I TOLD HIM JUST HAVE EVERYTHING FIXED RIGHT. THIS WAS ON FRIDAY..MONDAY HE CALLED ME AND SAID MY CAR WAS READY FOR PICK UP. I SAID HOW IF PARTS TAKE 7 DAYS. SO AT THAT POINT I BELIEVED HE DIDN'T PROPERLY FIX MY CAR. SO I ASKED HIM WAS MY WINDSHIELD FIXED. HE STATED THEY ARE FIXING IT BUT THE OTHER GUY THEY HIRED QUIT. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 34 DAYS AS OF TODAY AND NOTHING DONE. EDGAR MY SALES PERSON CALLED ME TODAY AND SAID SAM SAID I HAVE 48 HOURS TO GET MY CAR IF NOT HE IS TOWING IT AWAY!!! I HAVE TEXTS AND RECORDED PHONES CALLS OF THE PROMISES OF WHAT THEY SAID THEY WILL FIX AND THE TEXTS TO PROVE EVERYTHING I AM SAYING. I CAN PRINT OUT AND FAX OR MAIL. More

I have worked at a car dealership for most of my working career and i am accustomed to most sales tactics employed by salesman. This dealership has prices that seem to be fairly low but do not be deceived. the vehicle i was looking at had several open safety recalls, a previous accident that was not disclosed to me (i asked about it and was informed there were no accidents - found it in the carfax after), a major oil leak and needed brakes. When trading your vehicle in, be prepared to have your vehicle priced like it has a blown engine. They will offer you less than the "Fair" condition price on KBB and offer it like your getting a deal. the particular car i was looking at was priced like it was in perfect condition. VERY Dissatisfied customer. This is the exact sort of place that gives honest dealers a bad reputation. More
