Purchased a Toyota Tacoma and was lied to about the warranty I purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma and was told it would include a certified pre owned warranty. I specifically asked for the service checklist at the time of purchase and was told it was locked in the service office at the time of purchase. I even asked the finance officer when he was trying to sell the additional warranties why I would want them when it already had the CPO. After two months of not receiving the paperwork I check with my service center and they said it had not been certified. Now the dealership denies that it was to be certified. They contacted the salesman (no longer employed by them) and he does not deny it was to be certified but the managers are not willing to do anything to make it right. More
