As a BWM owner, I don’t just value the ultimate driving experiences, but more importantly, the services provided by the dealership. I strongly believe that’s what makes BMW stands out among its competitors. I had purchased an extended maintenance warranty for my X3 and didn’t realize that it was just expired less than a week ago. Aldo was very helpful was able to contact BWM to extend my warranty for the day of service so the warranty can cover the cost of the services. I applaud BMW’s commitment to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction. Before this, I am a BMW fan, now I am a loyal BMW fan. Thanks again for your extraordinary service! More
Gus received my frantic call at about 8:15 am 4/17/12: I had a blowout flat directly across the street from the dealership on rte. 41, going southbound..dangerous traffic! Gus said that he would get someone over to help and drive me to work. When I asked him if he wanted my phone #..he said semiseriously..."Don't worry I see you from here!" Short time and Armando and Nick? came in a car with all needed to take care of a flat. One gentleman stayed and Nick? drove me to work. KNAUZ employees are AWESOME! We have been with them for at least 10 years....they really don't know us personally, but they knew I was someone in trouble and they were there...quickly and efficiently!!! Jeremy was a excellent example of quality customer service you rarely find today. He treated me as if I was a customer (not common) and that my business mattered to him and the dealership. This dealership has to be one of THE best BMW dealerships on the planet ! I was extremely satisfied with the Sales staff when I purchased my BMW in 2009. But to me what really sets this dealership apart fr on the planet ! I was extremely satisfied with the Sales staff when I purchased my BMW in 2009. But to me what really sets this dealership apart from the rest is the Service department. Gus Hirth has got to be one of your best Service managers. Anytime I get a service light to come on, I swing by the dealership and it is NEVER a problem to look at my car that same day and they always have a loaner to provide. The service is usually done same day - and NEVER longer than next day. The work they do is quality, and they ensure they give you the best price they possibly can. My 2006 BMW M5 was having issues w/ the steering wheel lock and would not start. James Matus (Service Advisor) provided me the contact info for a local towing company and got me in the next day. I also asked for them to provide me costs for two new front tires and to fix a failed parking lamp. I was provided a nice loaner at no charge. While my car was in, they suggested I get some regular maintenance items taken care of (oil + filter, air filters, power steering fluid, and coolant). They also did a complete once over of my car to make me aware of anything that may require future attention. My car was ready on time when I came in to pick it up. The ride home was great - everything was solid, yet smooth - just the way it should be. My wallet takes a bit of a hit when I bring it in but the friendly service and quality of the work at Knauz BMW makes it OK. More
