This is the best BMW dealership I have ever been to. I stopped by initially because it was the only dealership in the Chicago area that had in the lot the model I was interested in. I was very impressed with the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere and professionalism of everyone there, particularly my first contact person and advisor, Spencer Parker. A week later I returned for a test drive. Spencer was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me without being pushy, which I particularly appreciated. I was offered a fair price and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. The specialist, Lucas Wojtas, and the sales manager, Douglas Kamp, were also extremely helpful. Lucas was very patient showing me new features in my car. Doug was very efficient and I particularly appreciated not being pushed at all into buying any extras I did not want. After my experience at Knauz, and having painfully dealt with several other BMW dealerships in the past, my husband is now also going to switch to Knauz. More
