Was patient as we reviewed and test drove the options. Initially looked at a 2019 X-3 but for not much more Bob was able to get me into a 2020 X-3 with everything I wanted. I traded in my Audi and they gave me a competitive price for my car. I drove down from Milwaukee because I know Bob and his colleagues at Knauz always treat me fairly. Best experience ever! First time buying from Neal and he FAR exceeded my expectations. Honestly it has been a while since I bought a car so I walked in really defensive. Neal greeted me and just asked if I was being helped. I told him I was looking around. He asked if I would like anything to drink and then got me a cold water which was really nice of him. I typically do my research and don't need a salesperson telling me about the car but Neal left me alone and once I was ready I went back to him. He got me a GREAT deal, the whole time he listened to my needs and assisted me the whole time. Finance did take some time but Doug was easy and fun to work with. Curt helped a lot with the trade in and got me fair number! Please save yourself the hassle and GO HERE! More
