Nice and easy I worked with Sam Picchietti to build an M5 from the factory and it couldn't have been easier. Sam was great to deal with. Scott made the finance part quick and easy, and Brandon got me set up in the car to personalize everything and get me on the road. I had some concern about how I would take delivery of the car because of the circumstances with COVID-19, but Knauz had numerous safety measures in place that put my mind at ease and allowed this to be a thoroughly enjoyable yet safe experience.
