I visited Knauz in response to an advertised lease offer. I have leased vehicles for many years and my experience has always been that the prices on the available vehicles were always significantly higher th I have leased vehicles for many years and my experience has always been that the prices on the available vehicles were always significantly higher then the advertized prices. At Knauz my experience was the polar opposite; the cars were priced as advertized and there was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Furthermore, both my sales person, Judy Powell, and her sales manager, Bob Graziano, were a pleasure to deal with. Short of putting out trays of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, I can't imagine what more then could have done to make me feel more welcome and make the whole experience a pleasurable one. I will certainly recommend them to any friends and family who are in the market for a BMW. More

Knauz was a fantastic dealership. Being young, I got treated pretty disrespectfully at most dealerships and passed off as someone not serious about buying a car. The second I walked into Knauz they trea treated pretty disrespectfully at most dealerships and passed off as someone not serious about buying a car. The second I walked into Knauz they treated me like I was a valued returning customer. The day I went in to sign the papers and pick my car up, they made the process as painless and easy as possible. Gus received my frantic call at about 8:15 am 4/17/12: I had a blowout flat directly across the street from the dealership on rte. 41, going southbound..dangerous traffic! Gus said that he would get someone over to help and drive me to work. When I asked him if he wanted my phone #..he said semiseriously..."Don't worry I see you from here!" Short time and Armando and Nick? came in a car with all needed to take care of a flat. One gentleman stayed and Nick? drove me to work. KNAUZ employees are AWESOME! We have been with them for at least 10 years....they really don't know us personally, but they knew I was someone in trouble and they were there...quickly and efficiently!!! Jeffrey Gravhovac, my client advisor, spent as much time as required to aquaint me with all the "bells and whistles" on my new car. We set up the roadside assist and Sirius radio before I even drove away. Their Business Manager, Steve Kwasman organized and explained the various financial and service agreements so that I felt confident about my purchase. This dealership has to be one of THE best BMW dealerships on the planet ! I was extremely satisfied with the Sales staff when I purchased my BMW in 2009. But to me what really sets this dealership apart fr on the planet ! I was extremely satisfied with the Sales staff when I purchased my BMW in 2009. But to me what really sets this dealership apart from the rest is the Service department. Gus Hirth has got to be one of your best Service managers. Anytime I get a service light to come on, I swing by the dealership and it is NEVER a problem to look at my car that same day and they always have a loaner to provide. The service is usually done same day - and NEVER longer than next day. The work they do is quality, and they ensure they give you the best price they possibly can. I never thought I would ever brag about a Service department of a car dealership...but those guys at Knauz are the BEST ! Thanks ! Lily Rankovich More
