He did not pressure us into buying. Given his honest, stoical, affable and professional approach in helping us, we decided to buy the car we test drove. We were offered a good trade-in price for our car and the deal was closed with no haggling and utmost professionalism. Steve Kwasman was extremely honest when explaining to us what warranty options we could add, what we should consider and what we could skip. He succinctly explained the finance documents and patiently walked us through the process till completion. My wife and I were interested in learning about BMW options as we wanted another car. BMW has a good reputation but we thought they might be too small in the 3 series and too expensive in the 5 series options as we wanted another car. The alternative in our thinking was a Mercedes C class but we thought they may be too small and also of lesser quality/more costly to own/operate/repair. We walked into Knauz BMW and Judy was immediately welcoming us. We explained our interest and she discussed the 3 series as well as the options for the 5 series. We tested the 3 and found it too small. She showed us a 5 loaner with only 7K miles and it was gorgeous. She said it was discounted and to make a long story short , we thought it would be great for us. I am a neat freak and Judy knew the car had to be detailed perfectly before I would commit. She arranged that and brought it to our HOME for a test drive. We were in love with the car and she worked out an attractive price for the car and explained the maintenance offers. She was not at all pushy or flippant as the stereotype of auto sales people. She was very good at listening to us, showing us options, addressing our concerns, and meeting our needs for service. She explained the free car washes and I look forward to seeing her every Saturday as BMW keeps my black car spotless! More
