I walked into Knauz BMW just to begin the process of buying a car. I have purchased two previous BMW's but not from Knauz. She asked if she could help and then asked if I was already working with one of her associates. I liked the sense of fairness implied in the question. I told her I was in a research mode, not ready to buy, and she could not have been more congenial and helpful. I came back a week or so later and continued the process with her. At every level Judy and the dealership could not have been more professional. I bought a car and was impressed with the service personnel, the financing manager and the people handling my trade-in. Judy Powell familiarized me with my vehicle in the most conscientious of ways. She made sure I was oriented with the Knauz facility so I could handle servicing when needed and reminded me several times that she was always there to answer questions and manage my needs. Fadwa bent over backwards to make my car absolutely perfect for me, starting with helping me decide upon the perfect options for my needs and lifestyle as well as colors for my tastes. But with her extreme patience and guidance I am now the happy owner of a Blue Water Metallic BMW X3 with Oyster Nevada Leather. Upon delivery Fadwa was extremely helpful in explaining the nuances of the navigation and technology packages. It’s was lot of information to take in at once, and in addition to the great online training videos, I know that Fadwa will always be available to answer any questions I have in the future. In addition, the Knauz service team was right there to make sure the car was spotless and clean and running as it should. Everyone was friendly and committed to making me a happy new BMW owner. I wanted to know everything possible about car, options, pricing, rebates over the phone itself, doing so I have to admit, I have annoyed people to some extent asking so many questions again and again, but Judy was very polite, honest and friendly all along the way which made me choose to buy from her even though I have to travel 200 miles. I originally went to International Autos in West Allis, WI. to look at a new 535. I found the salesperson I spoke with to be dismissive and condescending. Knauz is about twenty miles further from my house than International Autos but it was worth the drive. I met with Judy Powell who was warm, welcoming and knowledgable. She was able to answer all of my questions and address every concern I had. I ended up purchasing a new 535i and I love the car. The purchase process was smooth and all of the Knauz staff were true professionals. IA should probably send some of their staff to Knauz for lessons on customer service. More
