He sat and went over the basics of the vehicle with me and never seemed pushy about making the sale or try and upsell me on anything I didn't need. You could tell he is very passionate about the BMW brand and it showed in his overall demeanor. Very calm and very professional. Alex Tellez, the product specialist, also took extra time to really go over every inch of the vehicle. Although I pretty much knew what I wanted and watched dozens of YouTube videos about the X3 and the iDrive, he was able to set up the vehicle for me, with all my settings, so I didn't have to. Which was very much appreciated and made driving home and just enjoying my drive that much better. And Scott Adduci, in the finance department, you could tell he loves what he does. Very pleasant overall experience, even when you're handing over thousands of dollars. He made sure I understood everything, and I felt very comfortable with the overall process. No rushing and no stress. Everything was great from the moment I stepped in to the showroom. Very happy and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle. More

After months of research, decided to purchase a new BMW X5. From the initial contact with Bob Geisheker until the delivery, my every expectation was exceeded. Once we realized we had to order the vehicle, Bob and Luke (the genius) guided us through the ordering process, and, once the deposit was made and the order placed, I was able to follow the build on the BMW site from start to finish. All told, it was 26 days from the time we placed the order until we picked the X5 up at the dealership. Kudo’s to Bob, Luke, and Doug for making this purchase a truly memorable experience. And additional Kudo’s to Dave, Cesar, and Jeremy in the Service Department who provided advice and guidance during the selection of options prior to ordering the car.
