Is it possible to rate a dealership 0 stars? I had agreed to a price on a vehicle and also agreed to making a deposit of $1,000 to hold the car until I could pick it up over the weekend. Without my knowledg to a price on a vehicle and also agreed to making a deposit of $1,000 to hold the car until I could pick it up over the weekend. Without my knowledge or prior approval Bob and his manager charged my card $2,000. If I had been informed that another $1,000 was necessary to hold the vehicle, I would of approved the charge no questions asked. This act is reprehensible. I asked to speak with the sales manager to discuss this situation. The sales manager has yet to call me. To me this shows how little respect they have for their customers. More
