Called to check status next was informed the part was not in stock. Hence the vehicle was not available for pickup as promised. Dale suggested that I pick the truck and bring it back when part arrived. Which I did. When I dropped off again the repair was completed. However during the re assembly process, several items were no re connected. The radio antenna and power to part of the dash/console. I now need to bring back a third time to finish the repair. Expected better performance from a Ford dealership. More
