I have never been happy with Flammer ford service. I made at least three phone call to get paperwork from my last two mobile service units. Poor service recommendations. I took my vehicle here for an oil change. I bought my vehicle new from Ford and now that it has 130k miles I thought it would be good to come here v I took my vehicle here for an oil change. I bought my vehicle new from Ford and now that it has 130k miles I thought it would be good to come here vs a random service center for recommendations on necessary service. When I asked about certain services I was offered $200+ diagnostic options. They advertise multi point inspections but they told me they basically throw the vehicle up on the jacks, change the oil and it’s done. I just wanted peace of mind that if belts or something needed changed they could let me know. I also felt my vehicle making noises after having breaks done last service and against they just offered diagnostic services with no guarantee. Lastly, I noted the horn was broken and they said they didn’t have a technician to inspect while my vehicle was in the shop. What is the point of making an appointment multiple weeks in advance if they can’t plan to have a necessary technician available? I have 3 car seats with children riding in my vehicle on a daily basis and brought it to this Ford dealership to get good peace of mind I was safe on the road and I did not get that feeling upon completion. I’m not sure if I will be returning. Chad was the service person I spoke to. More

Waited in guess area for a couple hours, asked a three different employees to get tv ‘s turned on and was informed, it had to be done by sales representative. Never happened! Truck was returned with black different employees to get tv ‘s turned on and was informed, it had to be done by sales representative. Never happened! Truck was returned with black finger marks from service guys(I took pictures) . Paperwork said (red) action needed for oil leak told attendee to get it down as it’s under warranty- was then told it’s not that bad and to just watch for oil leak. Also, had wipers blades replaced ($50 & 30$ for labor) around there price absolutely an insult when you can fly to auto zone and they replace with no labor charge and less expensive. Disappointed!! More
