A 3 for changing the oil. While my service included a tire rotation they Did not rotate tires! If they would have, they would have recommended new tires because my back right While my service included a tire rotation they Did not rotate tires! If they would have, they would have recommended new tires because my back right tire is bald and did not wear evenly. I was awaiting an recommendation like my experiences with them in the past and their attention to detail. Definitely not the same service or attention to detail this visit. Although the waiting area was quite lovely, wish I could say the same for this service. More
