I waited for 3. 5 hours with no explanation or apology from agent. I was charged for window service with no explanation why it wasn’t covered by my Expensive Ford Mai 5 hours with no explanation or apology from agent. I was charged for window service with no explanation why it wasn’t covered by my Expensive Ford Maintenance Contract or my Ford Warranty except that it wasn’t covered! This is second straight time I waited and waited and waited … I will find another Ford dealer who is properly staffed. More

the dealership is excellent. However the time it takes for service is excessive. On the last 2 visits, the wait time is 2 hours. That is frustrating to see the car "sit" without work being done - when the expectation was from Christian to come by to have the seat belt checked....but 2 hours is too long without any updates.
