Karl Flammer Ford came through for me when others couldn’t. I had a transmission problem on my truck and took it to another Ford dealer, only to have them tell me they wouldn’t look at it for another couldn’t. Karl Flammer was not only able to get my truck in the next day, but their team was able to diagnose and report back to me the problem the same day. My repairs were made on time as promised and I was kept in communication the entire time. And all of this during a holiday week! Their service team is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality Ford service. More

Chad was our service guy, we had our 2023 ford mustang picked up for service, recalls and to check out our window motors since one was opening and closing on it's own and the other clunked every time you picked up for service, recalls and to check out our window motors since one was opening and closing on it's own and the other clunked every time you opened it. He said it would be a few days before they could get it into a bay, that's fine. He said he would call if there was any info to relay, that's fine. He does call 24 hours later, a lot earlier than expected, says who did your tint? ok He says that our window cable was wrapped up because of our tint, and we said we would take it back to the tinter to fix. He said he already fixed it, it would be 300.00 and we could take our receipt to him to try and get a refund. I was under the impression before anything was fixed you got a call to see if you'd like to continue with the work. Guess not. Can't wait to find out how much else they charge us for our under-warranty mustang. Will find another dealer with better communication. Mark Senko More
