I purchased my vehicle from Karl Flammer, everything was great. Service department has been great in the past but for some reason this last go was not good. The communication was really poor. I left my vehicle for the day and if it wasn’t for me asking on the status I truly don't think anyone was going to let me know. Some where the ball was dropped. More

I have had my truck at your dealership numerous times and I can’t get the truck to run for even 2 days after getting it back. I’ve never seen a less competent dealership ever. We are now on our 3rd trans at I can’t get the truck to run for even 2 days after getting it back. I’ve never seen a less competent dealership ever. We are now on our 3rd trans at 120k miles and it it currently at the dealer again with more transmission problems. I will never buy a ford again because of this dealership. More

Robyn Brandl & the Flammer tech team are absolutely what contemporary automotive service pros should be. Instead of just filling out a work order, Robyn creates confidence in the customer that Flammer real contemporary automotive service pros should be. Instead of just filling out a work order, Robyn creates confidence in the customer that Flammer really understands the latest Ford systems and can actually track down the issues. Software systems on every car brand nowadays are obviously very complicated - and can create frustration, just like any tech device. This was my first service visit to Flammer. I had a couple of software update issues with an Edge that I could not fix on my own. From the get go, Robyn came across as understanding what I was dealing with, and how the team would tackle it. She said she would stay in touch regarding progress, because some in-depth analysis of the system was required. As promised, she communicated through text messages & let me know when the car could be picked up. Robyn took me to the car and explained everything they had looked at & how the issues been addressed. And now, all the systems work great. The paperwork was very complete. Very satisfied! This family owned dealership tries to do right by the customer. I have not seen this kind of personal quality from the chain owned dealerships. A big thanks to Robyn Brandl AND the key tech, Jeffery Keim, who invested the time and energy to get it right. Much appreciated. More
