Quick informative service. Everyone was extremely nice and spent time explaining the issues. I would recommend in the future. Everyone was extremely nice and spent time explaining the issues. I would recommend in the future. More
Everything went very well. I brought my car. In a little early for appointment, they took it rather quickly. Found I needed something extra needed, Dale explained what was need I brought my car. In a little early for appointment, they took it rather quickly. Found I needed something extra needed, Dale explained what was needed and their recommendation for what I should do, which I followed through with. If what was recommended to me works out I will not have to deal with that problem again! More

I went in for the third time for the third wheel sensor problem I’ve had with my 2016 Ford Escape. Angelo convinced me I needed new rear brake calipers that were at 2 mm. He said that even though they we problem I’ve had with my 2016 Ford Escape. Angelo convinced me I needed new rear brake calipers that were at 2 mm. He said that even though they weren’t at zero, I needed new rotors also. I accepted, but still question this. When complete, I went to pick up my car on Saturday 3/4/23. When I got there, I found they didn’t have my keys! They brought me a Ford Edge and said here you go! It was a bit of a cluster. I waited an hour until Angelo came in on his day off, to unlock his desk drawer, but my keys weren’t in it. Finally, Mike tried a different number and found my keys. What an ordeal. It was very frustrating and I was also upset that they didn’t eliminate the diagnosis fee of about $200, since I had the brakes done and my THIRD wheel sensor replaced. Then, they left my car a mess. I want to add pictures to this. The door handle had grime left on it, there was a Lowe’s water bottle in the cup holder, wires were hanging down from the dash and the fuse box was left open. Very disappointing. Can you do something about that? I feel I should be reimbursed for my 1.5 hours wasted, while family was visiting my house. More
Took car in for recall work. Everyone was friendly and it went well. However, when I left the dealership my air no longer worked. I took it back the next day for them to check out the air. After several hours I was told the air compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. They verbally quoted me almost $4K to get it done and six hours to do the work. I left and told them I would have to think about it. I called around and got three other quotes, all under $750 dollars and just a few hours labor. I called Clammer back and ask Cindy to send me a written quote. She said she would but she never did. She gave me some written material before I left the dealership about what would be done, etc. when fixing the compressor but NO written numbers or quote. The technician who worked on the car mentioned Ed in private that probably not worth fixing the air because of the age of the car. In regards to spending $4K I would agree. Surprisingly, the next day my air started working again. It has worked ever since. I was told by a car technician I trust that the air compressor is probably going bad and I should get it recharged before it quits again and stays that way. It cost about $200 to get it recharged. I would give your dealership high marks for friendliness, professionalism and being well organized. Very low marks for proper and timely follow-up and pricing. Very hard to rectify why I was quoted such a high price. I couldn't in good conscious recommend your dealership. Michael Miksch More
