Very conscientious and efficient in servicing my '21 Ranger. My only concern that cost for a simple oil change was over $80, which is almost twice the cost of other service centers in this area. I always come here for service and it’s frustrating that getting a loaner car is always an issue. They charged me almost 200 dollars for my rental on top of my repair bill and although it isn’t “required” t getting a loaner car is always an issue. They charged me almost 200 dollars for my rental on top of my repair bill and although it isn’t “required” that dealerships provide loaners they used to. It’s just bad business to charge anyone temporary vehicle use when they’re giving you business. Then to be told I have to drop my car off with no way of knowing if I’ll be given a vehicle until I walk in is absurd, AND then to be charged when you have to set aside money to prepare for that extra charge without even knowing if you’ll need to until the day of service is crazy. That being said, dale is great but Ford needs to better on their overall customer service for paying customers. More
