I love Karl Flammer Ford. ..always great service. I brought my Chevy malibu 2020 (which I bought there) in for a shift not in park indicator light on after motor off. I was tol ..always great service. I brought my Chevy malibu 2020 (which I bought there) in for a shift not in park indicator light on after motor off. I was told a software was needed which only Chevy had. 2 days ...no car. Took car home. Called Chevy. They said NO SOFTWARE NEEDED TO FIX PROBLEM. I FEEL I WAS BRUSHED OFF BECAUSE I HAVE A WARRANTY. I EVEN LOOKED AT YOU TUBE VIDS...ALL SHOW HOW TO CORRECT PROBLEM WITH NO SOFTWARE NEEDED. VERY DISPPOINTED. More
