The service Accessory dept technician Kyle was a pleasure to work with. Flammer Ford’s Accessories department was willing and confident in their abilities to install my maxxair fan on the roof of my Transit to work with. Flammer Ford’s Accessories department was willing and confident in their abilities to install my maxxair fan on the roof of my Transit connect van, when no other Ford dealership or RV service center in the Tampa Bay area would even attempt it. The technician did a fantastic job. Not only were they willing to install my roof fan, when no one else would, I was pleasantly surprised with how fair, upfront, and honest, they were in their charges. Most dealerships have a bad reputation of over charging their customers for the work done, but this was not the case. Because of the Accessories Dept willingness, abilities, and honest charging, I plan on having them install backup cameras and other accessories in the near future. Because of the outstanding service that I received, my first impression, it makes me feel good about using Flammer Ford in the future for my automotive needs. More

I explained the problem with our Explorer and was told to bring it in. We made an appointment and waited days to find out Flammer Ford won’t do the work.
