Robyn is awesome and really helpful, I like to deal with her. But, the maintenace is bad service. I had factory defect in my car since I bought. The left front quarter panel to left front door is not flu her. But, the maintenace is bad service. I had factory defect in my car since I bought. The left front quarter panel to left front door is not flush and not match with the car and nobody wants to help me. Plus, I requested to change the left side B pillar rear door because is not flush and the piece they replace it had the same problem. So, I am really frustrated from Ford and its dealers. No integrity and honstky with there cumstomers More
