I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that I needed new tires however that they were safe to drive for at least a little while. I was also told I needed 4 new rims. Miss led on the warranty that I purchased. Was told it was basically bumper to bumper excluding general wear and tear. I have 2 issues with my car that apparently are not covered by Portfolio. Liked the young lady that picked up my truck she was professional and nice. On the other hand her driver was rude older gentleman said his job was hard.
