Had appointment for Friday 11:15 was told it could take several hours and they may not get to it and offered me a ride home. I ask if I should just reschedule and was told no. At 3:30 Friday I get a call saying there are going to deliver my car and they DID NOT do the work. Denise ask if my service advisor called me and I said no. I still have not heard from Rob and was sent a message asking me to fill out this survey. I’m wasted my whole day and time and I’m very disappointed. Work still not complete and at 2:41 today (Monday) I still have not heard from anyone. More
My service advisor was the best. She got my truck in and serviced, in addition one of the problems I brought in for she was able to figure my problem was not fuel but transmission. Fine, but had brakes replaced on front and back, and it was apparently too much trouble to clean the brake dust off the rims. Just left hand prints on the rims in the dust.
